We owe you a bunch of introductions to our employees. We still haven’t told you about folks who’ve been with us for a while or those taking on new responsibilities. So expect more introductions over the next few weeks. Here’s one to start.

Here’s Becca. Becca came to the MIT truck as a customer almost every day this summer for a BLT, salad, and a lemonade. When Rolando posted that we were looking for volunteers for an event down in Providence, Becca volunteered, we loved her, and now she’s working at the restaurant. I stopped by yesterday and ordered a BLT from Becca.

It was pretty awesome to see her on the other side of the counter. I hope she’s enjoying it too : )
