Folks were asking for blueberries in their pancakes, so here they are. If you’re by at brunch this weekend, just ask your order-taker, we’ll throw a handful in your pancake.
We’ve been serving brunch 7am-noon on the weekends since March, when sugaring season was happening, it’s gone through a couple changes (better ordering system, griddles in full view on the counter, better pancake training for fluffier thicker pancakes). Some people are happy, some people are mad that the usual breakfast menu isn’t available. If you’ve been by, what did you think?
