It’s our second week of getting feedback from you all on the Cauliflower sandwich. And a bunch of you hate the fact that the cauliflower is raw and cold.
So, I decided to sear the cauliflower (almost like a stir-fry in our tilt skillet at the HUB). By browning the cauliflower quickly (5 minutes), you develop a depth of flavor, while maintaining a slight crunch.
Because of high volumes and space limitations, we have never served a warm sandwich in the seasonal slot before. We think winter is a good time to try. We’ll be heating up the cauliflower to order.
