What would we serve if we had all of you over for Christmas dinner? This (epic) meal box, available only for Christmas, is an homage to the holiday traditions of our Clover staff. And like all Clover boxes, it supports our hardworking Massachusetts farmers, millers, bakers, and cheesemakers. This box is designed to feed you and keep you properly festive throughout a week with different meals/snacks, and can also be laid out all together on a holiday table as one big feast.
- Small (2-3 people) = $149
- Large (4-5 people) = $229
The majority of the box is heat-and-serve, some light prep may be involved. Add a Cookies and Milk for Santa Kit (with rainbow carrots for the reindeer!)

CENTERPIECE #1: BRUSSELS SANTA-KOPITA Ask Ayr about Christmas as a kid, and he’ll tell you about his dad’s “Santa”kopita, a classic Greek feta casserole which magically appeared with a Santa on top every December 25. Chris’s version swaps the spinach for beautiful local brussels, blanketed by feta cheese. This was one of the most popular dishes when we did this box last year, and we’re super excited to bring it back! You’ll get:
- Creamy heat-and-eat casserole with local brussels sprouts, feta cheese, roasted veggies, and lots of fresh herbs.
CENTERPIECE #2: SHEPHERD’S PIE A comforting vehicle for Western Mass winter produce, beneath clouds of fluffy mashers. You’ll get:
- Heat-and-eat shepherd’s pie featuring beluga lentils and Winter Moon Farm root veg simmered in sauce, covered with mashed potatoes and Grafton cheddar cheese.
HEARTY SALAD COURSE – RED AND GREEN CHICORY SALAD It’s traditional to close a meal with something a little bit bitter to aid in digestion. Our farmer friends in Western Mass are growing the most delicious green and red chicories. We’re pairing these gorgeous greens with hazelnuts and provolone cheese, and topping with a festive orange and honey vinaigrette. You’ll get:
- Salad (just dress and serve)
- Orange honey vinaigrette
