Do these look familiar?
I made apple cider donuts with Rolando at HSQ while our truck was closed for the holidays and thought I should share them with the folks near South Station. We’ll make the batter in the morning but it needs to chill before we cut the donuts (which won’t be hard on the truck in this weather) so they’ll be ready after 2pm. Watch @cloverdwy, we’ll post when they start coming out of the fryer.
