Clover Holiday Hours (and a brand new HSQ in 2014!)

That’s Frank of Ashling, waving goodbye after completing CloverKND. Little did he know he’d be returning to the Clover family sooner than expected.

After 3 years of learnings, we’re ready to renovate Clover Harvard Square. HSQ customers, you’ll be returning from break to a brand new Clover. We’re going to have a new kitchen set-up (tighter, more like the trucks or the new restaurants), new order-taking area, new floors, more seating, new condiment station. It’s going to be great. We loved the work that Ashling did on Kendall, so we’re hiring them again for this renovation.

If you have any great ideas we should implement in this renovation, now’s the time to speak up. Get ready for 2014, Harvard Square!

CLOVER HOLIDAY HOURS 2013-2014

CloverKND (Kendall Square), CloverBLV (Brookline Village), CloverBUR (Burlington) will be:
-Closed Christmas Day and New Years Day
-Closed at 3pm Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
-Open regular hours every other day

CloverHSQ (Harvard Square) will be:
-Totally closed between Christmas Eve and New Years Day for GRAND RENOVATION!
-Re-opening 1/2/14!

All Trucks will be:
-Closed til late February/early March…our employees are coming inside for the winter!

How to celebrate tomato season

Tender now on the menu

About a year and a half ago, at an open-to-the-public food development meeting at Clover, we blind taste-tested a new plant-based pulled pork. This wasn’t a totally new thing for us to do—as a company with a climate mission, we tend to get a lot of samples of plant-based everything, and we love trying all of them. We’ve tried mycelium-based mushroom meats, wheat-and-soy nuggets, and burgers made from kelp. One bite in, and it was clear this pulled pork was special.

Pushpir is back!

Squeaky paneer, mint cilantro chutney, chaat, and our first-ever collab with a local chef. Remember when Pushpir came into the kitchen and schooled us on Northern Indian food? That was 2013.
