Enzo here. I love coffee and I love soda. The other day I came up with the idea of a coffee syrup for soda. I steeped ground coffee with sugar, strained 3 times, and served with carbonated water and cream.
Lucia said this reminded her of an egg cream. Some people are making faces. Is this genius or a giant mistake? I’m still working on the recipe so if you had it at MIT let us know what you think.
