For many of you the food truck was this mythical thing of the past. You may have heard about it or seen it on our staff’s shirts. The food truck lay dormant during Covid. But now, after lots of fresh paint, repairs, winterizing, and staffing, it’s been hitting the ground almost every single week. Fries are frying again on board!
This photo is of the POV of a chickpea fritter made by Ariel from CloverHSQ. I took it when I got to work one of the events a few weeks ago (a movie night in Southie).
We’ll be pulling up to two events this weekend, both of which are open to the public.
Come say hi to our fearless general manager Justin, and experience the joys of the Clover truck! I’m hearing rumors of Japanese Sweet Potato Sandwiches, Verde Rice Bowls, and some fall surprises (hot mulled cider maybe?)
