If you work the mornings, you know Eliot. He comes by for a coffee most mornings. The other week we did a coffee demo, Rolando showed customers how to pour coffee. Here’s Eliot, the one holding the kettle, pouring his own cup.
The way we pour coffee is sort of simple, we get water really hot (205 degrees), we grind up coffee beans, and we pour the water over the grinds using a filter and a plastic cone, we call it a Melitta, that’s the brand we use.
