I’m posting this here because I feel certain that someone in line today at the MIT truck has a direct phone line to Mark Zuckerberg (or can help me solve this). If anyone can help me figure this out, I’ll buy you a week of chickpea fritter sandwiches. I’m serious, I’ve only done this once before and it resulted in an amazing relationship between Clover and the Apple store.
Here’s the issue. We decided to start a Facebook page: www.facebook.com/cloverfastfood. It’s a very simple feed straight from our website and Twitter.
But we were so late to the Facebook game that there was already something that had been created, but it was just a grab from our Wikipedia page. Unfortunately that’s the primary page that comes up when you search Clover, and it’s what customers and employees have been using. Here’s the link: www.facebook.com/pages/Clover-Food-Lab/320534491306814?fref=ts. I can’t figure out a way to “claim” this as our business. All I want to do is merge the two pages. I’ve been searching Quora for answers and nothing seems to be quite right.
[UPDATE: Clover MIT customers are the best. Within 4 hours of this post, I got an email from one of our regulars. He had reached out to a friend at Facebook, and he had manually fixed the problem. One hour later, I received an email from Facebook saying they had merged our account. I’m thanking him with a week of chickpea fritter sandwiches! Thanks all. You can now reach Clover’s one and only Facebook at www.facebook.com/cloverfastfood]
