The fruit on top of our oatmeal and our granola and yogurt gets changed up a couple times a year. In the fall you can expect apple compote or pear compote or cranberries. In May and June you’ll find rhubarb compote. And starting today, we’ll be slicing up strawberries. We did these for a bit right after our staff went strawberry picking, we had picked something like 80 pounds at Uppingil Farm in Western Mass.
We didn’t pick these strawberries ourselves, but we think they taste pretty awesome. We’ll have them for a little while, so if you’re by for breakfast, let us know what you think.
