Did you know there is a law in Boston that requires restaurants to have their hoods cleaned twice a year? Our time is up for MIT and DWY. Did a lot of research and discovered an awesome company that only does smaller mom & pop shops. This is Jimmy and Paul, they came out at 9pm when the trucks were cleaned, parked, and empty. They used some pretty strong degreaser to complete the job, after 45 minutes they looked brand-new.
Convinced Chris at HSQ to schedule an appointment, looks like All Types Cleaning will contract all of Clover’s hoods, which means about 16-20 visits a year.
