Providing all goes well tomorrow, we’ll have hot cider on the trucks and in the restaurant. Are you ready for fall to be here? I don’t know if I am. I love fall the best of all seasons, but it’s sort of scary to see how quickly time passes. Maybe it’s the fact that my birthday is coming up at the end of the month (for those of you who keep track of this for birthday cupcake purposes), or that a bunch of our customers are already getting ready for midterms, or that construction on the HUB is really underway. It really seems like it was just yesterday that everybody was wearing coats and long sleeves, and now cold weather is here again.
But apples are getting pressed for cider out in the orchards in Massachusetts, and we’re packing cinnamon sticks, star anise, and allspice to go out onto the trucks.
