I think I have the luckiest spot at Clover right now. I’m sitting here with 5 different bags of Barismo coffee, and they all smell so good.
If you don’t know Barismo, they got started around the same time we did roasting coffee in Arlington. We’re partnering with them for a month of coffee in October. We are thinking to do: classes on how to make great coffee at home, cuppings, tastings at the trucks and restaurants, and the return of apple cider donuts.
First step is deciding which of these you like best. I’m going to bring these to share for breakfast TODAY (9/26) at the MIT truck only. Come on down in the mist to pick Clover’s next coffee.
