We’re about to turn the HUB upside down preparing for Thanksgiving! If you haven’t gotten your order in yet, there are a few spots left.
One item I’m pretty excited about is this smoky brussels salad. Basically a family-style version of our sandwich. You’ll warm brussels with smoked cheddar, hazelnuts and a bit of pickled red cabbage, then drizzle Dijoinaise at the table.
We’re bringing back Ayr’s dad’s mushroom walnut pâté, a fan favorite from last year’s box. Of course there’s stuffing, porcini gravy, creamy butternut squash soup, and a cocktail hour snack setup (think holiday olive mix, dipping veggies, and spiced mixed nuts).
Jason’s working with Autumn Hills Orchard to get heirloom apples, and we’ve gotten our hands on a few dozen of those iconic Petsi Pies.
We’ll be cutting off ordering in the next 2-3 days, so that we can order food and get the HUB ready to smell amazing!
