I was in Chelsea over the weekend. My friends and I stopped into a little fruit shop where they were cutting up fruit to order. There were posters on the wall just about fruit.
I got “Mango con todo.” They cut up a bunch of mango, sprinkled it with lime juice, and put it in a Ziploc bag. Then you could pick from about 8 bottles of chili powder or hot sauce to sprinkle on top.
