Meet Craig, the MIT truck’s newest leader. You know Craig if you ate at the GOV truck. Craig studied music at McGill in Montreal, so he can tell you all about Canadian food and what it’s like to play the viola in an orchestra.
Craig starts his day at 5:30am packing food and equipment at the HUB, driving to MIT, mixing popover batter, boiling eggs for breakfast sandwiches, pouring you coffee. In this picture, we were having trouble with the coffee grinder. Craig was testing all the grind sizes to fix the problem.
You can meet Craig if you stop by for breakfast at MIT. He opens the awning at 7am and has the full breakfast menu up by 7:30am (something we’ve been wanting to achieve for a while).
