After all this snow, the roof of the MIT truck has collected it all and it froze over. Friday we got sunshine, the roof started to melt and drip right on to our counter top. We moved the spoons, napkins and hot sauce that we keep on the counter. The problem continued all through lunch but it was way too busy to make a quick fix.
Once the lunch rush was over Mark asked to climb on the roof and shovel all the ice/ snow away.  Here is a pic with the removal, notice the pile of snow flying, awesome. If you’re wondering, not one customer was hit, maybe they even enjoyed the show.
