Jenny has been researching ways for offices to eat Clover. She put together these Mezze Bars. I went with her the other day to set up one of our first orders, on the 27th floor of an office building next to CloverFIN. People were walking by and gasping. Since then, we’ve already sold 6.
The Mezze Bar feeds 10 people, can be picked up by 1 strong-ish person (or we can have it delivered to you) and includes a little drawing and some helpful tags we made to help you set it all up.
If you order a Mezze Bar, you’ll get:
3 daily house-made salads (right now it’s winter, so lots of hearty vegetables, grains, beans, and storage crops, in the summer they’ll be totally different)
Rustic house-made hummus
Cucumber tomato salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice
Pickled cabbage, carrot, red onion, and pickles
Bottle of Clover-made hot sauce
Tahini
Just-chopped parsley
House-baked pita
Utensils and plates if you need them
