This is Rachel. We are all so excited to have her on the Clover team. She’ll be helping me stay organized and will increase productivity in the development of new recipes, food costing, sourcing, etc. Oh and she’ll start blogging as well.
She has worked as a cook, waitress and is a self-proclaimed IPA expert. We met her one day when she was helping a producer friend scout out some restaurants for a TV Food Network show in Boston. I told her that I was looking for an assistant and she said that she wanted to learn. Done Deal.
