Sara here. Payroll has been the most stressful part of being a manager for me. Mostly because it is completely my responsibility to make sure that everyone who works so hard on the truck gets paid correctly, can buy food, pay their rent.

We use ADP for payroll. My greatest payroll fear came true a couple of weeks ago, and it made me feel like a total failure. I was rushing through payroll one night and entered some information incorrectly. This resulted in one of my new employees being paid late, which was really difficult on him. It was a rough few days, but we got through it. Next time and beyond: no rushing.
