We’re making zucchini fritters for our 3pm special, which means we grate up zucchini and press out a bunch of the juice (if we don’t, the batter is way too wet, those of you who tried them the first day might have noticed that). Rolando made up some of the zucchini juice into a drink: one part zucchini juice, one part OJ, and some Aleppo pepper. We make the juices in super small batches, so they don’t go bad, so if you were one of the people who tried this the other day at the restaurant, let us know what you think.
