PRK back: ran out of food at 2pm, LMA launches today!

Our first day back on Boston Common was awesome. As you can see we sold out of all food by 2pm. However, we did forget one important item: a fry cutter. And it was free fry day. So guess who was hand-cutting potatoes on board the truck? Yep, you can blame me if you waited too long for fries on Thursday. I know there were more than a few of you. Sorry about that.

The Park Street truck will be open 11-3pm this week. We’ll add later hours next week. Come see us on the Common!

EDIT: The LMA truck will be open TODAY (8/6) from 11am-3pm, or until we run out of food. Free fries for all lunch customers!

Tender now on the menu

About a year and a half ago, at an open-to-the-public food development meeting at Clover, we blind taste-tested a new plant-based pulled pork. This wasn’t a totally new thing for us to do—as a company with a climate mission, we tend to get a lot of samples of plant-based everything, and we love trying all of them. We’ve tried mycelium-based mushroom meats, wheat-and-soy nuggets, and burgers made from kelp. One bite in, and it was clear this pulled pork was special.

Squeaky paneer, mint cilantro chutney, chaat, and our first-ever collab with a local chef. Remember when Pushpir came into the kitchen and schooled us on Northern Indian food? That was 2013.
