We were planning the Barrington Coffee Day last week, I think Ayr’s going to post on it soon. We wanted to make a treat to serve with the coffee. Last year we did donuts. This time, pumpkin fritters. Pumpkin, roasted, blended up into a batter, fried, tossed in cinnamon and sugar.
We’re serving these as our 3pm special this week. Soon we’re not going to be able to get pumpkins (out of season) so we’ll be moving on to something new.
