This isn’t the best picture. Should have got the pumpkins roasting. But here’s a new salad for today. I wanted to come up with a seasonal salad, before we switched to soups, and I love the flavor combination of sage, white beans, and pumpkin. We peel pumpkin, oil it, season it, roast it. Soak the beans, cool them down. Chop the sage up really fine, throw it in w/the vinaigrette.
