Sharan was an intern in our kitchen last year. He’s from India and started talking to us about Indochinese food. We came up with this sandwich based on an Indochinese cauliflower dish called Gobi Manchurian.
It has a pepper spread, fried cauliflower, a fresh Napa cabbage slaw with fresh lime juice, and fried rice noodles.
We’re launching it this week at all locations.
