We’re super excited to announce that Winter CSAs are back for the 6th year in a row. This CSA (or farmshare) is grown by the Godfather of farming in Western Mass, the king of organics, who harvests roots right before the first frost, right when they’re sweetest, and stores them in a beautiful barn before sending them to you.
For the winter of 2018-2019, Michael is offering 7 pickups, every other Monday from December 3 to March 4. In addition to organic beets, carrots, potatoes, garlic, watermelon radishes, purple top turnips, spicy daikon, beautiful purple radishes, and more, you’ll also get a pound of heirloom beans and a pack of corn tortillas, made in Hadley from locally grown corn.
