At Harvard, we pour our coffee beans into these quart deli containers (one is always Barrington, one is a different roaster we’ve visited) before we pack them on the trucks.
Over the past month, we’ve opened the bin and found a completely unlabeled quart deli of coffee, another time we got one that was just labeled “guest coffee.” It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it meant we were serving something but had no idea what it was.
Mary and Enzo went back to Harvard and labeled the delis with roaster, origin country, and type of roast (bare minimum of what we should know about our coffee).
