This was the aftermath of the hot sauce class Eddie taught last week.
We taught Clover hot sauce, homemade Sriracha, and Clover BBQ sauce. We used all the fresh hot peppers that are just coming into season.
I asked Eddie how the class went. He said there were a few people who grabbed hot peppers and just started eating them. And it took a lot of glasses of milk to get them back to normal. “And then there was a vegan too!” Eddie said. “And there was no soy milk for him! He was drinking water!”
