Our landlord is wrapping up their major work. Still a bunch of systems for them to finish (gas, water, chilled/ hot water pipes, fire protection) but we’re getting there.

We’ve designed our approach to re-use as much existing material as possible. In part because I want to save money, and in part because the environment always pays when you buy new things. So we’re re-using dozens of light fixtures, making use of the existing flooring materials, adding minimal material to the ceilings, and leaving the exposed brick for the walls.

That all said, there’s a lot of stuff that had to come out of this place. Some of which you see in the picture.
