I think we all have white knuckles at Clover right now. For everyone the past few weeks have been a ride between feeling overwhelmed, then exhilarated, unsure, absolutely certain. We’re making a lot of decisions and preparing for the future. We’ve known these times in the past, when the first truck was getting on the road, our second truck, the restaurant opening. Now we’re working on a few new truck locations and a big project we’re calling our HUB.

Recently I was spending my weekend playing with foam core. It’s not the most professional model, but I wanted to see what design alternatives might look like and the computer simulation doesn’t always do it for me. I’m going to put this on the table at HSQ next week for you all to play with. It’ll be fun to get everybody’s ideas/ input.
