We’re starting to catch up with the demand, but not quite. I still think that our biggest roadblock is our operations, and the level at which the truck is staffed. Just know that we’re working towards very rapid serve times and expect we can get there… someday.
This picture was taken at 1:45PM, way after the line should have disappeared. It’s funny, today we thought we were good. Rolando and I looked at each other and said: “we did it, we survived the rush.” Then I asked a customer what time it was, and she said 12:05. It wasn’t over, it was just the lull before the storm. Then we ran out of everything. Uggg. We really are trying to bring enough food. We’ll get there.
