If you’ve been by recently you may have seen something like this. And if you’re anything like me you found yourself asking: how long am I going to have to wait?
When the lines are long 11:45-1:45 we’ve been maintaining 3 customers/ minute. This means that if you have 12 customers in front of you, the wait will likely be about 4 minutes (unless they all order large to go orders, then all bets are off). We have a cool new order taking system being built, and all this will change when it comes online. But for now these are the numbers.
Of course, there are two ways to avoid the line altogether:
(1) come by before 11:45, or after 1:30
(2) place your order by email (but try to get it in before 11:30, or at least give us 30 minutes notice)
