We just announced our Christmas Box and we’re more than half sold out. The kitchen already smells like Christmas : )️ as we put the finishing touches on our recipes for shepherd’s pie piled high with mashed potatoes; “Santa”kopita with brussels sprouts; red-and-green chicory salad; acorn squash with maple sriracha butter, Italian meatballs, warmed lentils and a collection of cookies and pies from our friends at Puritan & Co.
Children’s book author Jane Dyer just finished this beautiful watercolor of Santa and the reindeer, which will come as a card tucked into the Cookies for Santa box…
…and we just finalized an extra special surprise that we’ll be including for the all-important “decking the halls” part of Christmas…
…every single Christmas box will include a beautiful Winter Floral mini bouquet lovingly arranged by our friend Rebecca and her crew at Many Graces Farm in Hadley, MA!
I’m ashamed to say that I just learned this, but like with food, buying local flowers is really important. The global supply of flowers relies on harsh chemicals, bad labor policies, and tons of fuel. There is a better, more beautiful way, and it’s happening right in our backyard, even (and especially) during wintertime.
To celebrate our collab, Rebecca put together a special code for friends of Clover. Anyone reading this can take 10% off anything on the very tempting Many Graces site with code CLOVERHOLIDAY. I highly recommend a dried botanicals glass ornament as a way to remember this year in flowers. The Flower Subscription is also an awesome gift idea—your recipient will get freshly grown blooms all summer long—what a beautiful sign of hope for 2021!
