That’s Megan holding up a copy of our current employee handbook. Jake, one of the folks who packs our trucks, already pointed out a bunch of issues with grammar and such. Oh well. Now we’re going to need v2. But at least we’re on that path of improvement now. It took us forever to get this first one out.
This was something I originally thought we could do without. Felt sort of corporate to me. Then we had a handful of employees that made rules necessary. And here we are. It’s basically he one place the critical rules for the company are written.
