Our latest round of hiring has us systematizing clover: checklists, recipe cards, training programs, onboarding packs. We’ve played with this stuff before, but now we’re getting serious.
And like everything we do, we’re failing a lot. Recipe cards and lists aren’t allowed to be laminated until they’ve gone through 3-5 iterations. Seems like we always mess them up the first time. But we learn from the mistakes, and keep those mistakes cheap.
