Well there was a counter, but it was a stand-in while we awaited the stainless. The HSQ renovation is nearly complete. We have a few finishing touches to our customer seating and outdoor seating, but the major stuff is complete.
We’ve never done something like this, and I hope we did a good job. We were trying to balance practical concerns (budget, timeline, etc.) with our aspiration to bring the new Clover kitchen layout, customer flow, and communication approach to our HSQ location.
