Episode 10 – Fresh flour chocolate chip cookies (video link)
Monday, April 6 @ 4pm
Ingredients to follow along:
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup white sugar
– 2 sticks room temp butter
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp cider vinegar
– 1 tsp salt
– vanilla extract (optional)
– 2.5 cups fresh whole wheat flour (if you can’t grind your own we love Maine Grains!)
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 2 cup chocolate chips

Ingredients to follow along:
– eggs 🙂
– ice
– for eggs-and-soldiers: bread & butter
– for breakfast bowls: any veggies/sauces you have that you would want to eat with your eggs! (Ayr using onion, frozen peas, quick pickles, fresh herbs, lemon, leftover roasted veggies, beans, and salsa)
– salt

Cornbread ingredients:
– 2 cups cornmeal
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups buttermilk
– 1 tsp sugar
– butter
Chili ingredients:
– large onion
– garlic
– beans
– tomatoes (Ayr’s using a 26 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes, but tomato paste or other types of canned tomatoes also work)
– chili or pepper powder
– ground cumin, cinnamon, and any other spices/flavor boosters you like in chili
Episode 13 – Fast pizza & soda (video link)
Friday, April 10 @ 4pm
Pizza ingredients:
– flour
– yeast
– olive oil
– salt
– tomato sauce or canned tomatoes
– cheese
– any other toppings that you have that you like on pizza
Soda ingredients:
– seltzer water
– lemon juice
– sugar
– salt
– whatever flavor you want for your soda (vanilla beans for vanilla soda, oranges for orange soda, etc.)
