We taste beer. We taste coffee. We taste new sandwich ideas and salads. And we taste minutia as well. Here’s a picture of some of the items Chris ran us through the other day. Yup, raw tahini, oil, and Megan’s favorite: vinegar. That’s a joke. Megan had a traumatic experience with vinegar in her past and can’t stand it to this day. And this vinegar wasn’t anything normal, it was high test at 10% vinegar. Strong stuff.
You’re invited to our food development meetings. We meet once a week with the goal of exploring new items for our menu and making what we have better. The meetings are open to all. You can bring a food item you think we should sell and champion it to our team, or you can just come check it out and see what is happening at Clover.
