We got our latest shirts a bit early. Can you figure out what that image is?
That’s Lucia and Domingo modeling the shirt. Lucia and I have been talking about how great it would be if we got a post up every time a new shirt came in. We’re also experimenting with shifting the colors across the company with the fruit that we’re featuring on the shirts. Check the banner here on the website. Expect new uplights at the restaurants. Lights on the awning at PRK. Chris has the idea of painting the back booths at HSQ the color of the shirts.
Some of you may have noticed/ guessed that we change our shirts pretty often. The original idea was once every month but I’ve been running a little behind that schedule, maybe once every 2-4 months. And I haven’t been having enough made. Our staff gobble them up pretty quickly, then I get emails about how much we need new shirts. Sorry all!
The melon shirt was fun, an experiment in a lower contrast print color, meaning the print color is closer to the color of the shirt than we’ve done in the past. Past shirts have had black or white ink. I like it. What do you think?
Right now I’m the only one to blame for the design of the shirts. But we hope someday soon to have editions from actual artists. (Sans vegetable/ berry/ fruit scheme.) I can’t wait! In the meantime, have fun with these. We sell them at all locations $15, but right now you have to order it for pick-up because we don’t keep an inventory onboard.
