OK, for those of you at Dewey, you might look at this picture and find yourself jealous. For those at MIT, this looks really long. For me, I’m not too happy. I’d like the line to never be longer than 8.
But be patient with us. We’re working on solutions for MIT (above) as well as Dewey. We’ll be rolling out a new order system over the next 2 weeks (a new new one, number 4). I think it’s going to help a ton. At MIT we’ve been piloting it, and all week our highest mean service time has been 3 minutes 24 seconds. That’s a number I’m proud of. We really want to keep serve time below 4 minutes, and lines smaller than 8 long.
