That’s Tom, from South Face farm. We’ve been really excited about his maple syrup for a long time, and if you’ve been reading the website through sugaring season you’re probably sick of me talking about their syrup. But it really is liquid gold.
Tom gave us a call the other day. He was in the area and offered to bring some syrup to us. This was fun and a new thing for us. Really amazing, right? He was here on is own, curious what this place was he’s been selling so much syrup to, and stopped by.
We’re serving Tom’s maple syrup in small daily doses in our granola, and larger glistening pools on weekends when we do our best to turn the restaurant into something like a sugar house.
