Chris here. I’m the one running HUB and HSQ. Before Clover, I was a personal chef for 7 years. I have a degree in nutrition, so the my clients usually had some sort of health issue: diabetes, obesity, epileptic seizures, cancer, gastrointestinal issues, GERD, auto-immune diseases. I also worked with athletes, taking them to the next level. Athletes are great. Focused, goal-oriented. They execute what you tell them to do and you see some amazing results.
Those 7 years were a really rewarding time for me. I had worked in a bunch of restaurants before, but with this, I was an extension of peoples’ families. I was part of peoples’ lives. Seriously, people just don’t know the power of food and what it can do for you.
