This was a picture we took when down at Pretty Things. Those are barrels of Jack D’Or, the saison we’re serving at the restaurant right now.
I was going through pictures from that trip, which was a few weeks ago, and actually recognize some of these barrels. Really fun. You’ll notice if you come by the restaurant that we have our barrels exposed. It took some serious custom work. The True refrigeration unit we have is made to hide it’s contents. We had to customize it, tear the top off, get a custom top made, re-wire and pipe the entire thing. Chris masterminded this project. But it’s really important to us that you can see where your food is coming from. Or, in this case, see the barrel it’s coming out of.
