We don’t intend for those lines to be so long. Remember our pledge to keep them under 8 people. We’re trying so hard.
The other day I was at Mary’s truck and there were 10 employees working on board the truck, 11 once I stepped on. Another 3 outside taking orders. We’re working hard to get throughput as high as possible, and if you stop by you should find that line moving pretty fast. But it seems the faster we get the longer the line grows. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?
