Ok, we apologize for all the beer posts. We’re just really excited.
Before we feature a beer at the restaurant, we always make a trip to the brewery to see who’s brewing it and how they’re doing it. About a month ago we made the trip to Ipswich to meet Chris from Notch. We caught him at just the right time. He just finished draining the mash when we showed up and I got to throw the hops in.
This was a month ago, so the beer has had a chance to ferment and make it into a keg. In a few hours, we’re launching this beer, the one I got to throw the hops in! Chris will be joining us at 8pm pouring and answering any questions. We’ll be here til midnight. It’s our first midnight close.
