I’m in NYC, meeting with a couple potential investors, and some friends.
Of course I can’t help but do some research. These were from a true place that looked to take it’s fries seriously. I asked what oil they are using (horse fat in Belgium), canola. The fryer looked as though it was running cold. It was. The fries were oily and mushy and not super flavorful. Oh well.
Dinner was at Pure Food and Wine (a raw organic place). Very good, as always.
