That shelf I promised? Here it is. This might not look like much to you, but I can tell you, anyone who has worked the trucks is giddy about this. The open design we’ve worked hard for has meant no shelves. You know, because we have holes and windows on the walls instead.

This time we moved all of the equipment around to allow a shelf behinds some of the equipment. We’re hoping this means we will not need to pack all of our paper goods (cups, napkins, etc.) into black crates every day. Instead we’ll have enough room for the boxes they come in. This is revolutionary for our operations.
