I suspect the best candidate for this role (a) eats at our restaurant and (b) is not in the food industry.
But I know it’s going to be a tough role to fill. We’re very careful about who we bring into Clover and this is a super important role. I need to find somebody who loves money, loves accounting (and other activities some might call tedious), loves food, thinks big, and wants to make the world a better place. We want to hire somebody who can bring us from a handful of restaurants to 100s.
