We held a free seminar last night on operating a food truck. Most of the folks in the audience are dreaming food truck dreams, and we thought we’d do our best to give honest and useful advice. I’m attaching the presentation we used. Sorry, you don’t get the benefit of the rest of the talk, but I thought this would be helpful reference for you all.
We didn’t charge anything for the event, but I asked folks to sign a little pledge not to serve processed and frozen food. Only 3 out of 40 attendees signed. Oh well.
